1. According to the model specifications of the cable connector, the quality of the cable connector material is not uniform. However, in order to ensure the quality of the cable connector, it is recommended not to be cheap. It is best to choose materials from reliable cable connector manufacturers.
2. It is best not to choose rainy days when connecting the cable, because the water in the cable will seriously affect the service life of the cable, and even a short-circuit accident may occur.
3. Before making the cable waterproof connector, please read the manufacturer's product manual carefully. This is especially important for cables of 10kV and above. Perform all procedures before execution.
4. For terminal joints of single-core armored cables above 10.10kV, please remember that only one end of the steel strip is grounded.
5. When pressing the copper pipe, it should not be too hard. As long as it is pressed into place, there will be many bumps on the copper end surface after pressing. This must be flattened with a file, without leaving burrs.
6. When using a blowtorch with a heat-shrinkable cable joint, please pay attention to the front and back movement of the blower, and not only continuously blow light in one direction.
7. The size of the cold-shrinkable cable joint must be strictly in accordance with the drawings, especially when taking out the bracket in the reserved tube.
